When you get into the music, it’s easy to keep nudging the volume louder and louder without realizing it.

A simple fix is taping a clear “max level” so you don’t get too loud, damage equipment, or hurt people’s ears.

- Volume creep happens when you keep turning up as the set goes on - Loud club environments make it harder to notice gradual increases - Mark a max level with tape on the mixer/amp - Treat the tape line as a hard ceiling during your set - Helps prevent getting excessively loud - Reduces risk of equipment damage - Helps protect everyone’s hearing
